Rab
As well as his music career Rab has had an interesting diverse working life. In the 1980's he began to work as a producer for the BBC. Within a couple of years he was appointed Head of Entertainment at BBC Radio Scotland. At Neon all Rab's skills are put to use in music production, radio production and and running the record label. Stephanie

Neon is managed by Stephanie Pordage and Robert Noakes. They have individual roles within the management of the company. Stephy oversees the TV work and Robert oversees the Radio and Music. Stephy's background in training and management brings a unique combination of skills to the company's activities.

 

James

James Black is a trainee producer/researcher at Neon, and began working for the company in 2006. In addition to providing creative contributions to Neon’s media activities, he provides general admin support, and will usually be your first point of contact with the office.

James is a graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, where he studied as a composer. He remains active in this field and is undertaking professional commissions.
